Pocky is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when you use the Pocky app.
Pocky is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect or store any personal information on our servers beyond what is necessary for optional AI features and subscription management.
All items, photos, and storage spaces are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.
Pocky requests access to your photo library and camera only when you choose to add photos to items. Photos are stored locally and are not uploaded to any server unless using AI analysis components.
Pocky uses AI services (via Google Gemini) for optional item recognition features. When you use AI features, image data is sent to secure servers for processing. This is optional and only occurs when you explicitly use the AI auto-fill feature.
We use Apple's standard StoreKit for subscription management. We do not share your billing information with any third parties.
